We ship the finest games all over Australia. No minimum order amount required. There is a minimal charge for shipping. Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase on activelyinspired.com.au and where it needs to be delivered. Actively Inspired will price the delivery based on the size, weight and destination. Please be aware that shipping is calculated off the larger of the package size or weight. Extremely large goods will also incur higher shipping charges. All deliveries are made by a registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. Actively Inspired reserves the right to select the best courier for each individual shipment. When preparing your online order at the basket page you will be offered an option to choose your delivery method. Before submitting your order, and you can go back to elect a different shipping option if you wish. When ordering by phone, our friendly Customer Service staff will be happy to give you cost estimates and answer any question you may have. If you would like products shipped to any international destinations, please contact Actively Inspired at via email advising what products you would like to order and where you would like your products shipped to, prior to placing your order online.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

PO Boxes, Private Parcel Lockers and Australian Armed Forces addresses
Unfortunately Actively Inspired is currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses or Private Parcel Lockers.
Orders generally ship the following business day. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. We use multiple courier companies with a delivery time of between 1 – 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your geographical location. Our warehouse is closed weekends and national holidays. Our couriers deliver week days only. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address. Has my order shipped?
All orders are dispatched from Actively Inspired via the various courier companies we use. If you need an item on a specific date or have questions regarding shipping, please contact our Customer Service on 04 2094 4728 or via email before your order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notice, containing your tracking code via an email when your order has left the warehouse. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of being placed. If you do not receive this email and it’s been a few days since entering your order please call Actively Inspired Customer Service on 04 2094 4728 or via email. Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. If this happens we will contact you immediately with details, and discuss alternative options. You will not be charged until all matters have been resolved to your satisfaction.
Split Deliveries, Multiple consignments
Occasionally, customers’ orders may need to be sourced and supplied by us. If this is the case, then your order may arrive at its destination on more than one consignment, and with more than one, courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier companies. Some islands of Australia are exempt from bulky items deliveries. All customers will be notified if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.
Reasons for Order Delays
Reason for delays can include:
- Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
- Your order has had to be split and sent multiple consignments.
- Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of order as you will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
- Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers.

Returns & Refunds
Actively Inspired aims to provide high quality products at all times. We will gladly issue a refund when goods are faulty, or damaged. We will issue a refund of the merchandise cost, within 30 days of the date you purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to Actively Inspired in original condition and original packaging within 10 days of receipt of the product. Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition. The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required. Freight charges on returns will not be credited. Additional freight may be charged when sending any exchanged products. To receive a refund or a credit note, please follow these instructions:
- Please notify us within 10 days of delivery by calling Actively Inspired Customer Service on 1300 14 33 58 to receive a Return Authorisation Number. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number. We will advise you of the best transport method for returning your goods.
- Pack items securely in an appropriate size box with your Return Authorisation Number clearly on the box.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.
